The goal for the rest of 2026 is to (1) stabilize the business — cut expenses and focus on efficient growth — and (2) build the foundations for profitable growth: be able to measure ROI on every strategy, and build Ohana off Bubble so the product is faster, cheaper, and better.

What stabilizing looks like
To stabilize the business, we have to cut expenses to $150K per month and increase revenue to $2.4M this year. That ends the year with $3.2M in cash and nearly infinite runway.
Once the business is stabilized, we'll know how to spend so we can reach $10M in annual revenue in 2028.
